Cilantro

Cilantro | Coriandrum sativum

The leafy portion of the coriander plant, a member of the parsley family. Its flavor is bright, green, and citrus-like, although some people perceive a soapy taste. Common in Mexican, Indian, and Southeast Asian cooking.
