Allspice | Pimenta dioica

The dried, unripe berries of a tropical evergreen tree native to the Caribbean and Central America. Its flavor resembles a combination of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and pepper. Common in Caribbean cooking, pickling, and baking.
