Chilantro Recipe!
Welcome back! In my house, tacos are a solid go-to. Don't know what to make? Tacos. What are we hungry for? Tacos. You get the point. Anyways, This recipe is just for the pork loin in the tacos, I'll share a few "side" recipes lower down after the pork loin recipe to go with the taco recipe that I love to use this pork loin for. Also, every recipe that gets posted in my blog, will show up in the new Recipe page on FlavorImperium.com Let's get to it! This recipe is a Chilantro seasoned pork loin, baked in lemon juice. I, then, shred the pork loin and it becomes the meat for the taco.
Chilantro Porkloin
Ready in 1 hour
Serves 8 people (2 oz servings)

Ingredients
Boneless Pork Loin 1 lb
Chilantro Seasoning
Lime Juice (½ cup)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 ℉
Season the pork loin. Cover the pork loin with the chilantro seasoning and then pour the lime juice over your pork.
Cover the pork with aluminum foil. Bake for an hour or until internal temperatures reach up to 165 ℉
Once the pork is baked, pull it out of the oven and shred it. I use my stand mixer with the paddle attachment to shred the pork.
Once you’ve got your pork loin shredded, enjoy it on your shredded pork tacos!
Tips
If you don’t want to shred the pork, you can slice it into medallions.
For side/accompanying recipes, you can take your favorite hot sauce, mix it with mayo, temper it with a little bit of garlic. This becomes an easy sauce. I use that, drizzle it on the shredded pork loin, then top with some fresh pineapple (Yes, fresh pineapple) and cilantro, and put it on my favorite tortilla. Here's a photo of my favorite taco, as I've described above, that day, I'd made a taco bar for Family Sunday Dinner :)
